Lithology and Thickness
Red-brown, gray-green clays. In the upper part - gravelites, red sandstones with layers of limestones and limestone-coquina. Thickness 60-148m.

Lower contact
Lies conformably, sometimes with erosion on the Karakuz Fm
Upper contact
It is overlain with erosion by various parts of the Luchak Fm and Detymtaus Fm.
